A 105-foot lagoon-style pool serves as the eye-catching centrepiece of this project. With a beach entry, recessed firepit island, grotto waterfall and custom 185-foot water slide, it brings the feel of a luxury resort home. Surrounded by lush gardens, a volleyball court and countless other features, this space is truly extraordinary at every turn.
bringing indoor luxuries to the outdoors
Designed for personal relaxation and to accommodate large gatherings, this landscape has it all. The 1,200 square-foot cabana includes a full kitchen and bedroom suite with an attached BBQ and dining area. The centre of any event in this space can be found in the 2,400 square-foot ‘Long House’, complete with an executive kitchen, lounge, bar, sunken firepit, and two washrooms.
engineered for long-standing beauty
The site was engineered with multiple rock tiers and advanced drainage systems to protect every area, including the over 40,000 square feet of meticulously laid stonework. Through an invisible network, water is redirected to a 55,000 square foot wetland pond. Extensive pollinator-friendly gardens and energy-efficient lighting features demonstrate that it’s possible to create a luxury resort while minimizing its impact on the land.
