A custom address wall spans the front of the property, aligning the landscape with the home’s contemporary character. In the backyard, aged thermory boardwalks, white tile, and epoxied pea gravel create a visually striking foundation. A custom white pergola with a wood-burning fire pit creates a welcoming space for entertaining.

At the heart of the backyard is a pavilion with an unconventional slanted roof, skylights, a seating area, and a built-in fireplace. A bespoke tiling pattern on the pavilion’s walls draws the eye, adding warmth and interest to the space. Even the plant material was selected to impress, going beyond the traditional to create a distinct experience.
