My husband and I would like to express our thanks to Josh and Calvin for the work done on our grounds yesterday Tuesday July 21 and today July 22. We found these two young men worked very hard, and extremely well together.

Just a little note to let you know that I'm very pleased with the work your guys did around the pool. Your team went beyond the original scope of my request, and did so willingly, because they saw this to be a safety issue for me and my family and wanted to provide great customer service. The guys were polite, on time, cleaned up the mess and were a pleasure to have on-site.

Your company is currently doing some work on a neighbouring house. I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for how good your employees have been to our church as they have been working next door. Your employees have always been respectful to our parking situation, moving their vehicles when needed, and always being exceptionally careful with the increased business.

A most impressive situation occurred yesterday. We had a funeral yesterday morning. I informed your employees about the funeral, and they assured that their trucks would be moved. The parking lot was clear for the funeral. I don't know if it was intentional, but it was very appreciated that when the family and hearse left the church, your employees stopped their cutting and things were quiet as the hearse left. This was noted by the family, and they, and I, appreciate this show of respect.

I have been very impressed with your company and employees. I realize that complaints often overshadow compliments, and so I felt that you should know my thoughts and hear my heartfelt "thank you."

Great speedy service - about 1/2 hour after the request to clear my property. The plowing was very clean and well done. I’ve never seen the property look as good as it did when you were done. It’s nice to have professionals on the job.
