Maintenance

At Cedar Springs we pride ourselves on taking care of our customers' homes and properties. We'll give your property the care it needs, right down to the last detail. Whether it’s putting the final touches on the garden, or closing the cabana doors when it looks like rain, we’ll make sure your home is truly cared for – and always left looking perfect. Letting us handle the ongoing care and maintenance of your property leaves you time for more important things, like finishing that book you've been dying to read or working on your swing.

Well Equipped

With our current, well-maintained equipment we make sure the work is done efficiently and safely. With conscientious and well-trained staff, we make sure the work is done right. We offer customized packages that will keep your space lush, green, neat and clean, all growing season long. We service Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville and the surrounding areas - landscaping maintenance can be arranged for those outside these areas by request.

Fees

Maintenance fees typically start at $375.00 per month, based on an 8-month package including the spring and fall clean-ups. Fees vary with property size and needs. Call us or email us for a no obligation quotation.

The right lighting will enhance the beauty of your home and property by accenting architectural features and highlighting softscapes. You'll see a whole new beauty to your home when it's creatively lit for night, enjoyable whenever you come home, for those backyard bbqs, and from inside your home.

It increases the safety of the walk areas of your property - for those that might have an unsteady step or when your own arms might be full and your view is impaired. Snow Removal

Don’t forget, once the winter arrives, we can continue to help lighten your load. Cedar Springs offers snow removal services to keep your drive and walkways clear and safe for use. Our fleet of vehicles and snow removal crews will plow, shovel and sand/salt all areas you designate. And usually, we have it taken care of before you even get up in the morning!
